Shipping and delivery

At checkout, enter your delivery address to see the shipping methods and charges available for your order. Review the selected method, shipping charge, any delivery estimate shown, and order total before paying. Product-page prices are displayed in USD; applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

Processing and delivery times

We do not publish one processing or transit time that applies to every Shapeher product or destination. Availability of methods and any estimate depend on your address and the items ordered. A delivery estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date unless expressly stated as such at checkout. If timing matters, please email info@Shapeher.store with the product link and destination ZIP code before ordering so we can clarify what information is available for that item.

Address changes and delivery questions

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error after ordering, email info@Shapeher.store promptly with your order number. We cannot guarantee a change once an order is being processed or shipped. For questions about a delayed, missing or damaged delivery, contact the same address with your order number and any available delivery details so we can review the issue.

Destinations and returns

If checkout does not offer a shipping method for your address, please contact us before placing an order; do not assume delivery is available. For return eligibility and instructions, read our Return and refund policy. Do not send an item to a return address without first contacting us.
